A sequence of five vessels — cold spring, geothermal bath, salt steam, dry sauna, candlelit stillness.
Guided breathwork within a cedar enclosure scented by smoke and damp moss. Performed at dawn.
A silent walk through the surrounding land, led by a resident guide. No conversation, no devices.
Warm herbal oils, applied in long synchronised strokes by two therapists trained in Kerala.
