— Wellness

A return to the essential self.

— Approach

Wellness drawn from place.

Our rituals are not borrowed from a global menu. They are composed with elders, herbalists and bodyworkers rooted in the land of each sanctuary — the cedar of Kyoto, the basalt of the Atlas, the saltwater of the Andaman.

The schedule is yours alone. Treatments are performed in private pavilions. Most guests speak less by the third day.

Guided breathwork within a cedar enclosure scented by smoke and damp moss. Performed at dawn.

III120 min

The Walking Meditation

A silent walk through the surrounding land, led by a resident guide. No conversation, no devices.

Ayurvedic Abhyanga

Warm herbal oils, applied in long synchronised strokes by two therapists trained in Kerala.
